Bug Description: Game will not load 99% of the time unless im on wifi

Area is was found in:

How do you reproduce the bug:
Step 1- turn on wifi and enjoy the game
Step 2 - turn off wifi and game disconnects and disappointment sets in.
(add more if needed)

How often does it happen: 95% of the time when i am not on wifi.

What type of device are you using: Galaxy S20+

Anything else? (add screenshots or additional information here)
Gets stuck at 0/31 or 8/31

I would like to add that this started with 2.16. Ive uninstalled and re-installed the game. Cleared cache…cleared data. None of that works.

Are you using data or just no connection whatsoever?
