Guest Account - Lost Everything

Hello,

I have accidentally uninstall the game from my tablet and I have lost all my progress. (I have been playing the game for more than an year),
Is there any way to help me to restore my progress?

I have used a guest account and I don’t know my support key. :frowning: :frowning:

Hey Pavel_Petrov, I’m sorry that you’ve lost your original data, and our staff would be happy to try and help you, but it could take some time without your original support key. Try to email our team here at support+forums@ludia.com with as much information as you can. Providing your new support key, the Account ID from your old game if you remember, and any purchase information you’ve made in the game like an app store receipt will really help.
