Has this happened to you?

The last 3x I’ve reached out to support about issues (trophy count always receive 10 when I win but will lose much more, the latest adventure not working, and constant freezing in battle mode where nothing happens for 1-2 minutes and when an action is able to be done I’ve lost ( at least 3 gems) and the only support I receive ia conversation closed.

Yeah I feel like that’s become the SOP with the support staff. If there even is any, since all the responses I’ve gotten are automated
