Hello? Support? Anybody Home?

Does anyone actually answer support emails? I sent an email on Saturday, going on 5 full days, and have yet to receive a response. Not even an acknowledgment of my email. Several weeks ago, I reached out and also never received a response, though that situation resolved itself. Both times, I included plenty of information plus my support key. This recent situation is not something I can attempt to resolve with the in game support, as I’m having to reach out to Ludia because TapJoy is unable to award me for an offer they have confirmed I completed. What gives, Ludia?
