Help! Lost my account progress when switching phones?

Hi forums! I played this game for a long time (level 14) on my Android S8. Without warning, it died entirely. I removed the SIM card and inserted it into an iPhone X. My account was part of my google play account //many different games and progress are saved to it//. When I attempted to load up the game, I was logged into an entirely different account and walked through the tutorial. How can I recover my game account and progress when its linked to an app not supported by IOS? Thanks :frowning:

Hey Annie_R, was your previous game linked to your Facebook account as well? If so, please try relaunching the game and connect to Facebook.
