Ever since the new update I can’t access. It says my version is outdated, I have deleted and reinstalled but still the same message 
I had a similar issue as the play store didn’t display the update. I had to click the patch notes and update through the button the popped up there.

You are right the app store wasn’t well advertised. I finally managed to get it. Thanks though
