Who do I go to about making a complaint? Numerous emails have been sent with no acknowledgement! Purchased an item and not received. Sent 5 emails asking for help and only the bot response. I feel its disgusting that people pay out money and don’t receive their purchases to then be ignored repeatedly!! Absolutely disgusting! Would like a real person to help.
In the past I have good luck with the help desk, but recently I experienced the same thing. I finally just got a refund from my app store.
