My friend is trying to recover his account. No one has been in contact since June 18th. Is there anyway he can contact someone for assistance?
@Nicole_Irwin you can contact support at support.ludia.com if you know your friend’s support key but just remember it takes 5 business days for someone at support to see your message. Sending another ticket will reset your position in the queue.
