Hostile Glow

Would it not make sense for Hostile Glow to be a group attack? Its parents similar move is a group attack and with the flooding of flocks into the game which some now have the ability to break shields and armour or have armour and shields themselves, seems silly that the group attack has been washed out when it reaches the apex tier of the group? Surely the top of the class should have retained the group attack?

It’s counter-attack renders the need for Group Attacks moot since between that and any other attack it uses, they’ll achieve the same effect regardless.
