How do I find out the next tournament rules?

Hi there everyone!

I’m probably missing something, but how to I find out the tournament rules BEFORE the tournament happens? I don’t want to do the “oh, dear! The very dino I needed for the tourney is now stuck in the sanctuary!” Thing again. How do I get the info so I don’t make this mistake for a third time?

Caveat emptor. (The rules and rewards have changed before start, mid tournament, and been completely incorrect in the past…)
