Hi @Blacksaber, I would advise you not to update your ticket as it will reset you to the back of the queue.
We do currently have a longer wait time than usual and are working to catch up on that.
Check your dm’s as I will message you for more info. 
This longer than usual wait time lasts for over a year already… 
that’s because the game is increasingly getting worse and people are complaining.
