How to Get Lux?

I know it is sort of a stupid question but I literally can’t find Lux. I have only seen 2 and have played for at least 24+ hours in the car since the last one and I haven’t seen one spawn. I doubt that there is anything else I can do but does anybody have any tips? The worst thing is I am literally at 198/200 so all I need is 1 more.

unfortunately para lux is all about luck they also never spawn for me

some ppl has tons of it while others not even unlocked him

It’s just luck. A lot of people see tons of them weekly, yet after 2 years I’m not even halfway for a lvl 17 and I go out very often.
