Hybrid Fight Night 20: Indoraptor VS Indoraptor Gen 2

Hybrid Fight Night is where two hybrids from Ludia games are pitted against each other every week. They will be analyzed on their Speed, Defense, Attack, and Intelligence. They will then fight to determine the winner for the week. Now let’s get into this weeks battle! Indoraptor VS Indoraptor Gen 2!

SPEED/AGILITY
Physically these two are practically identical. While their appearances differ, their internal structures are nearly identical. Indoraptor and Indoraptor Gen 2 are very fast on two or four legs. They are both capable of navigating through tight spaces or climbing vertical surfaces. Their long leg also gives them a excellent jumping ability that allows it to launch itself at its prey. These are hybrids that were designed to battle in a wide variety of terrains so their environmental adaptability is nothing short of exceptional. Indoraptor and Indoraptor Gen 2 are also very flexible and are able to twist and turn even in close quarters. There is no difference between these two leaving this category at a exact equilibrium.

DEFENSE
As biological weapons, these two are built to handle an array of attacks. Indoraptor can grow to 24 feet in length, 10 feet in height, and weighs 1 ton. This medium sized carnivore takes a four point stance which gives it excellent stability for a creature of its weight. Its hide is also able to stop gun fire and is very tough. The back of this animal is especially durable with large interlocking scales running down the animals spine. There is no reason to believe that Indoraptor Gen 2 is any different from its original. It is the same size at 24 feet long, 10 feet tall, and weighing 1 ton. It takes the same four point stance, and has the same tough hide and bony spinal scales. For creatures this size these are very well defended hybrids that are able to go toe to toe with larger opponents. In this category there is hardly a difference leading to yet another draw.

ATTACK
Indoraptor is a animal bred as a weapon and is outfitted with a array of weapons. This hybrids has long arms with sharp claws on the end of each finger allowing it to stab and cut into prey. Its longest claw is on the inner toe of this animal. The toe claw of Indoraptor can cut into its preys throat and stomach allowing it precisely strike the weak points of its opponents. This hybrid also has very strong jaws that can chomp through bone and tissue on smaller opponents. The black hide of this animal also allows it to move through the darkness without being detected while also using its echolocation to identify its target. Indoraptor Gen 2 has the same fearsome arsenal and is also highly aggressive. It does not have its opponents black pigmentation but instead has white scales that can reflect light to momentarily blind and disorient its opponents making them a easy kill. Indoraptor Gen 2 also has perfect echolocation that can pin point stealthy enemies making this creature impossible to ambush. These are two very fierce hybrids with superb weaponry however the stealth of Indoraptor is less significant against a opponent who can echolocate giving the slight advantage to Indoraptor Gen 2.

INTELLIGENCE
Indoraptor is frighteningly intelligent. It is able to locate the weaknesses of its opponents and target them in a battle. It is also able to observe the environment and find locations that give it leverage in a fight. It can learn, strategize and think quickly, however, its years of being a lab subject has left it with psychopathic tendencies. Its aggression can take control and dull its otherwise incredible intelligence. Indoraptor Gen 2 is more analytical. It prefers to analyze it opponent cautiously before striking precisely on its intended target. It is still aggressive but it is even more refined than Indoraptor. It plans every strike carefully to do maximum damage. Indoraptor Gen 2 is able to form complex strategies and use the environment to get the upper hand. While these two both have horrifying levels of intellect, the more level headed Indoraptor Gen 2 gets another slight advantage.

FIGHT!
Red lights flash in the laboratory hallways as alarms echo throughout the building. The sound of artillery fire and human screams additionally fills the facility. Indoraptor turns the corner with blood painted on its lips. On the other side of the hall, a screech vibrates the floor and on the wall, the shadow of a similar figure approaches. A scream erupts and then quickly ends with a meaty crunch. The white Indoraptor emerges from the other side of the hallway also streaked in blood. The alarm continues to ring out as the two monsters stare at each other. They growl and click their jaws but neither moves. Suddenly, a bright red dot appears on the nose of Indoraptor Gen 2 drawing in Indoraptors focus. Indoraptor Gen 2 stares in confusion but then a pulsing beep erupts from nowhere and Indoraptor roars madly pounces at its Gen 2 counterpart. Indoraptor Gen 2 runs and ducks under The savage Indoraptor who soars overhead and lands on the other side of the hall.

Indoraptor Gen 2 roars and leaps at Indoraptor before he can even turn around, smashing the black and yellow raptor against the wall. Indoraptor roars and tries to slash its attacker in the face but Indoraptor Gen 2 catches its foes clawed hand in its jaws and delivers a slash of its own across the original Indoraptors face. Indoraptor screams and kicks Indoraptor Gen 2 away with its foot. Indoraptor Gen 2 slides backwards across the clean floor with Indoraptor charging towards it. Indoraptor slashes from the right but Indoraptor Gen 2 rears up to dodge it only for Indoraptor to slash from the left and slam its head against one of the flashing alarms. The glass shatters against the white raptors face and a spark bursts from the light bulb within. Indoraptor Gen 2 screeches with smoke trailing from the side of its face and runs to the other end of the hall with it opponent trailing close behind. Indoraptor Gen 2 turns around the corner sharp and the sudden move surprises Indoraptor who crashes headfirst into a electric panel against the wall.

A heavy metal door slides up revealing a staircase leading up. While Indoraptor recovers from the impact, Indoraptor Gen 2 makes a bolt for the stairs with the yellow striped raptor quickly coming to its senses and following close behind. The claws of the identical monsters scapes against the wood of what seems to be a endless flight of stairs. Finally the stairway turns in front of a large window but as Indoraptor Gen 2 goes to make its turn, Indoraptor pounces and tackles its white counterpart through the window loudly shattering the glass. The two land hard on a concrete parking lot beneath a bright streetlight and surrounded by a secluded wilderness covered by night. Indoraptor Gen 2 screams as a large piece of glass is jammed between two of its large back scales while Indoraptor slowly gets to its feet. Indoraptor gets up and pounces right as Indoraptor Gen 2 gets to its feet. The white raptors reflective scales flash bright light into the Indoraptors eyes disorienting the hybrid mid air. Indoraptor misses its opponent and falls hard on the concrete.

Indoraptor Gen 2 leaps onto Indoraptor and bites onto the neck of its predecessor. Indoraptor screeches as its vision slowly returns. The black raptor claws at its foes side and back but rarely strikes its target. Indoraptor Gen 2 digs its claws into its opponents neck. Panicking, Indoraptor slashes wildly and eventually hooks its claw on the shard of glass lodged in its foes back. With a quick pull, Indoraptor rips the glass shard from its foes back in a spray of blood. Indoraptor Gen 2 let’s go and screams in agony. Indoraptor kicks its foe in the stomach with both feet. The white Indoraptor flies backwards and smashes into the streetlight in a massive explosion of electrical sparks. The light flickers and then goes out completely, plunging the parking lot into darkness. Indoraptor Gen 2 collapses onto the ground while Indoraptor seemingly disappears. The white and blue raptor remains on the ground for a while before slowly getting up. From the shadows, Indoraptor appears slowly stalking towards its dazed opponent. Indoraptor Gen 2 lifts its head and comes nose to nose with Indoraptor who swiftly slashes its opponent across the snout. Indoraptor Gen 2 falls onto its side with blood dripping down the front of its nose.

Indoraptor Gen 2 goes still on the cold pavement. Indoraptor moves closer slowly slinking towards its downed foe. Indoraptor looms over its opponent and looks over at its foes side. Indoraptor Gen 2 is still breathing. Indoraptor roars and goes in for a bite on its foes neck but at the same time Indoraptor Gen 2 springs to life and jams its toe claw into the side of Indoraptors neck. Indoraptor screeches and backs away while its Gen 2 leaps to its feet. Wasting no time, the Gen 2 launches itself at Indoraptor who jumps back and once again runs off to cloak itself in darkness. The black raptors roar echos through the night air seemingly from all directions. Indoraptor Gen 2 stands still not moving at all despite the cacophony it’s opponent is causing. Indoraptor suddenly leaps at Indoraptor Gen 2 from behind but he doesn’t go undetected. Indoraptor Gen 2 sidesteps the attack which causes Indoraptor to land on all fours in front of its foe. The white Indoraptor bites onto the original Indoraptors neck while using its claws to pin down the hybrids head and shoulders. Indoraptor thrashes but only manages to graze its opponents side. Indoraptor Gen 2 rips its head back which tears its opponent throat completely open. Blood spills out onto the concrete and pools around the feet of the white Indoraptor who watches the life twitch and shake from its foe. Indoraptor lies dead and Indoraptor Gen 2 roars in victory.

EXPLANATION
Obviously this was going to be a close match. These are basically the same creature except for their coloring and composure. The colorings of these creatures gave separate advantages in different environments. Indoraptor could blend in with the dark easily while Indoraptor Gen 2 could use its reflective scales to disorient foes in bright light. Unfortunately for Indoraptor, the echolocation of Indoraptor Gen 2 could negate the stealth advantage that Indoraptor is often used to having. Indoraptors own echolocation, on the other hand, could not stop the disorientation of a sudden flash of light. Indoraptor Gen 2 probably didn’t rely on stealth as much either considering its brighter colors. Indoraptor Gen 2’s level headedness also allowed it to match and even exceed the more psychotic Indoraptor which is also something Indoraptor was not used to. In short, Indoraptor is used to controlling a situation with stealth and intelligence but it could use neither to control Indoraptor Gen 2. The winner is Indoraptor Gen 2!

Interesting outcome. For this matchup, I would say Grypolyth due to the longer jaw, although Sarcorixis does have the defensive components to combat that bite, as well as having a stronger jaw. In short, these two crocodiles will be a close matchup IMO.

It was so hard to pick a winner for this one it just kinda clicked last minute after running through it over and over. I really thought Indoraptor would win when I first decided to do this match.

The “Mega crocodile” should win due to it being larger, spikier, more defensive and more fierce than the sarcorixis.

If prehistoric gator hybrids are anything like normal gators and crocodiles then Grypo can easily win. If he has precision that is. Gators and crocodiles either have no opening force or very little so Grypo can chomp on Ixis’ jaw with his spear jaw and munch down. But I am curious what the actual outcome will actually be

great as usual .
erlikospyx vs erlidominus can be good one
and maybe lord lythronax vs mortem can be good one ( imagine a boosted mortem so they’ll be equal in attack and size :grinning::stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: )

I think sarco will win since (I think) it has a stronger bite force and more armor

bro, again a well done fight, congratulations. As for the new clash, I go with Rixis, it has noticeably more powerful armor, in addition to the bite. Grypo has more agility and speed only, so I stick with Rixis

In Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, they were going to have the white Indoraptor, but scrapped it from the movie. The original Indoraptor was supposed to kill it. Anyway, it was a really good fight! I think it was the best one yet.

I believe though that Indoraptor Gen 1 also had echolocation. Thats what Goji Center said for Indoraptor v Scorp Rex. So I believe just Indo Gen 2’s superior abilities generated it the win.
