I am so ungrateful with it :(

My son went to his grandmother’s house, 2 days ago, i sent a email to the ludia supoort team and gave my old device and the new device’s support key. both of them were connected to fb. my son called me and he said that in his tab, the progress he had done in my phone didn’t transfer to the tab. he was soooo sad that it didn’t happened and me too disappointed with it. why it didn’t work. plz tell me anyone that why it didn’t happened? plz tell me
