I can’t play and I am trying to reset my account

Can someone help, I keep getting an error code and it won’t move past the loading screen. I was wondering if anyone could help and just reset my entire account. I actually was trying to get this done earlier.

If you’re having issues entering the game, could I ask you to try restarting your device or toggling your internet connection off and on, and see if that helps?

I’ve gotten back in, just please get someone to look at the email. A reset should take two seconds for you guys.
