I cannot send screenshots to support via Ludia support

This morning Ludia supports agent send email to me. He said he need my screenshots. So I cannot send to support agent because first,by email do not reply. Second, via Ludia support I cannot attach screenshots. So anyone can recommend method to send evidence to supporter???

Why can’t you reply to the email?

On in game support, you should be able to attach screenshots. I have on multiple occasions. Once you start going through the process, there should be a paperclip icon in the top right corner of the screen.
