Hey Zackary_Hood, force close your game or reboot your device and see if that helps. If your game is backed up onto a Facebook, Google Play store, or Game Center account, try clearing the cache as well. They all failed. I tried force stop on both the game and google play, cleared cache and data, uninstalled, reinstalled.the only thing I have not done is restore my phone. The support email didn’t take me anywhere. I love this game but its exhausting at the same time
