I just want to know how much time does it take to get an reply from the support team for an email sent to them

Just curious as it’s been 4 days and I wanted to know what is happening

I’ve always gotten a response within two days. Just be sure not to submit multiple tickets and always include your support key which is at the bottom of the loading screen.

Done that and it’s 4 days and counting and I am still waiting

Have you give them your support key? Without it, the have a Problem to look what happend

My email had the key. And I got the reply
