I lost my lvl 75 vip account and the in game support has not gotten back to me. It has been over 24hours. Has anyone else had this issue? As a pay to play user I expect better customer service and also some sort of compensation.
When I couldn’t play the game and I put in a support ticket it took at least a month for the issue to be resolved. Heck, maybe two months. It’s not poor customer service. It’s because of the volume of support tickets that are being filed.
