I lost my money

I’m very sad, after accelerating the incubation and having green money left over, when I exited the game and re-entered it, it was completely gone and there was around a thousand something left, very trst ludia

Hi Jean_Matos_Oliveira! You can do it by sending a regular email to support+forums@ludia.com.

The support key is the 8 letter code found in your in-game Settings menu or at the bottom of the loading screen when you launch the game.
