You need to contact the support email that @Ned has provided in other posts where you can then give your support key and they can look into your problem.
I am not sure why your version has a “g” as the last letter and if that has anything to do with your issue:
Ultimately you need to reach out to the support team and they will get back to you, expect a 4-6 day wait for a response.
