The most important reason to why it needs resilient rampage is to counter flocks like argenteryx, it removes dodge and cleanses distraction if you want to nerf parasauthops you should probably introduce a creature that can effectively counter it instead or better yet a new ability that doesn’t allow you to heal
It still gives it a delay of 2
