So I emailed support and used the in-game support as well, but not heard anything. Any idea what I can do?

Depending on when you e-mailed support, it can take upwards to 5 business days to hear back. Sometimes a little longer pending on the amount of tickets submitted. We ask that you are patient.

If you have a guest account you can simply reinstall the game or select ‘delete user data’ (android) in the app setup menu. After that all your data is gone for good.
