Hey JurassicPaul, I’m sorry to hear that you’re having a problem with the in-game purchases. From the screenshot, it looks like it could be a problem with your internet connection. Could you make sure that the WiFi connection you have is stable? If you are on a stable connection, can you try forgetting the network on your device, then reconnect to it? Please also make sure that you’re not switching between your WiFi connection and data because that could cause an issue with the loading.
