I’m sorry that you’re having this issue when you are trying to make a purchase, @testafoto. Could you please make sure that your payment information in your app store is correct? Also, try removing and re-adding your method of payment.

Thanks! This has never happened before. I totally deleted my payment card. I put a new one in but it didn’t work. I went into my Apple Pay settlings and changed my billing address to my current one. I rebooted the phone and everything works. The odd part is having my old address in Apple Pay has not stopped me from purchasing in the past.
