In Game Support

I’ve been playing the app on my iPad for a couple of months and really enjoy it. I’ve been using a guest account and, at one point, set up a separate Facebook account on my iPhone. I decided to stick with the Guest account and ended up deleting the app from my iPhone because there was no in game way to directly switch to my guest account.

So today, on a lark, I downloaded the app to my phone again. After the tutorials I contacted the in app support to ask about sharing my guest account between devices.

The response time was amazing. My devices were synced seamlessly in about 20 minutes. Now that’s great support! I was so impressed I decided to create an account on the forums to share my delight.

Now I can check my chests through the day! Yippee!
