Incomplete Transaction - Money taken but no item

Hi,

I just purchased £48.99 worth of in game cash. The money has left my bank account, however I didn’t receive the cash in game.

I checked the support section and it says to send an email, but there’s no email address

Send it to support@ludia.com or wait for the employees to respond and get a email that is garunteed to make it to them.

Hey Wildyyyyy, try rebooting your game and see if you’re able to receive your in-game purchase, sometimes it might take a bit of time for it to show up. However, if you’re still having issues, contact our support team here at support+forums@ludia.com with your support key and purchase information and they’ll be glad to assist you with this.
