Incomplete Transaction - Money taken but no item



I just purchased £48.99 worth of in game cash. The money has left my bank account, however I didn’t receive the cash in game.

I checked the support section and it says to send an email, but there’s no email address


Send it to or wait for the employees to respond and get a email that is garunteed to make it to them.
