Information sent but

My game is saying that my subscription has expired. I sent in all info with screen shots showing an email from Lydia showing when my subscription was supposed to end ( months away), shots showing my games subscription"expired" etc. They sent an email saying they were sending it to a supervisor.
Today I get an email asking if I still have a problem when nothing has even been fixed.
How can I get something done? I’m at a loss. Ty!
