Hey @4l3x4ndr3, If you are not playing on a guest account an uninstall/reinstall might solve this issue. If the issue still persists please contact us via in-game support by:
Tapping your Level icon > Settings > Help & Info > Help & Support > Chat bubble icon on the top right.
