So recently I have been having an issue with JWTG where it kicks me out of the game. Last night I was doing the raptor mod wheel and my game froze and I found myself in my homescreen. It also happened 2 minutes ago when I was doing the tournament spin wheel. Is this a bug in the game or is it something else. It isn’t my phone because for most of the time I have never been kicked out of the game. Could ludia fix this please

What do you mean by support key? I have never had to contact support so I do not know what a support key actually is
It’s shown at the bottom of the splash screen when you open the app and in the settings page.

You can check your Support Key in the in-game Options menu when you click the gear icon, located near your Park level. It should appear at the bottom of the screen.
