good for you you now have a lv 26 proc so what its just a graphic glitch did you even try restarting the game?
How rude are YOU and am not on level 26 
and it is not a glitch when its happened more than once now is it therefore should not have to close the game and restart game mind your manners the next time you reply mate

If you restart the game there levels go back to normal, this also happened to me and a few other players in my alliance. It wont let you fuse for hybrids you couldn’t get before because it will say level too low or something like that
I have been doing that past 3 weeks now its doing my head in should not need to do that i have to exit the game and go back in takes time but its frustrating
