Locked out since update

I have been stuck on this screen since shortly after update. My phone has current iOS, I have turned on and off multiple times, have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and even reset my network connection all with no luck. Can anyone help? I have already lost a bunch of coins, dna, game cash etc.
