Login issues Error 114

Hello all!

  So I am currently having a problem with receiving the error 114. I’ve researched and it’s saying it’s a damaged game issue. I have deleted the app and redownloaded it from the cloud and even turned the phone all of the way off, but no luck. I tried all of the possible connection solutions and still nothing. While at error 114, my load screen is stuck at 16/24. Can anyone provide any help? Thanks in advance!
