Loss of game

I have been playing this game for some time now and twice I have lost most of my progress.i had level 6 and 7 dinosaurs.
Any one else had this problem.

Hey ScouseTBE, I’m sorry to hear about what happened with your account, but let me try to see if I could help you resolve this. If you had your game connected to either your Facebook or Google Play store account, can you make sure that you are not logged out of those accounts on your device? Because signing out of those accounts will also sign you out of your Jurassic World Alive game.

Once your device is connected to the correct account, could you please try relaunching Jurassic World Alive?
