Lost account, which still exists

Today, when I reconnected to the game after a sudden crash, it showed me the terms of service and asked me how I connect.
I chose guest as always, and when when the game loaded, I was back at the start…
My game’s progress has been from when the game was globally released, so it is a devastating loss for me.
According to my alliance members, the account still exists, so it didn’t just disappear.

Being lost, I made this account here to get help.
Is there any way to reconnect the account with my phone?
