Lost my progress

I am in the same exact boat as you @timmyb1567. I have spent on this game,had some weird log in error, lost my progress, contacted support, told me to get info to sync my facebook and higher level account which got replaced by the lower level facebook account and now I cant even click on anything in the app because everything locks up. This is beyond infuriating.

I’m oddly encouraged by the fact that I’m not alone. I’ll stick it out in hopes Ludia can fix this.

I got lucky and found my account information for my old account. Submitted it and now I wait.
