Just a thought for improvement. Other games will adjust cooldowns based on how they were used in the previous battle. So if dinosaur 1 was killed, then it would have 100% cool down. If dinosaur 2 had 50% health remaining, maybe 70% cooldown. And if you didn’t use Dino 3, then maybe have the cool down at 10% or 20% of the full time sine you never really used .
