Ludia not responding to me

So I don’t know if you guys saw my earlier post but last Friday which is 10 days ago, my game glitched and I lost 30000 of my 41000 VIP points. I emailed ludia that Friday. It has now been 10 days and no reply back. Is Ludia just going to ignore me? Because if so that’s not right because I’ve spent lots of money on their game. Thanks!

Our team can be reached from the in-game Help & Support menu as well. :smiley:

Tap on the in-game “Gear” icon > Help & Support > Support > then tap the Chat Bubble icon on the top right corner.
