Ludia please fix your errors

For the past hour I have had to hard restart the game 10 times consecutively. I have also totally restarted my phone 6 times now and still get this message. Mind you the reception on my phone is full, so it is not my phone. Please fix this issue because it is seriously hindering my contributions towards my alliance.

Hey there, @SicilianBeast, I’m not sure why you’re experiencing this but our support team would be glad to help you out to the best of their ability. Reach out to them at support+forums@ludia.com, including your support key in the email so that they can locate you faster in their system.

Don’t restart.Clear cache etc etc.And then shutdown the phone.After 1-2 min open it again and try to log in.
