I contacted them because I didn’t get a Halloween scent! It only took a few days and they compensated me with an epic Halloween incubator plus the one from today I level up my indoraptor to 23! Both incubators had great stuff in them lots of raptors and trex and I even level up my Gorgosuchus

Personally I think allot have issues because they keep sending email after email for the same problem because they have no patience
I used the in game support to try contact them a few weeks ago and still haven’t had a response so I think I’ll just be e-mailing them from now on
