Ludia Support not responding

I had sent a ticket to ludia support (support+forums@ludia.com) back on 9th Feb and got an automated response.

Nothing from ludia after that. Its been 9 days and more than 5 working days as well. I dont know what to do now. Do they do this often? Wont my issue be solved?

My problem was I reached level 55 on the day of ostafrikasaurus unlock just for it by speeding expansions and I didn’t get the event. So I raised a ticket for it and so far theres nothing from their side.
