Ludia support question

I made the mistake of switching between Google and Facebook this past Monday and somehow managed to replace my level 20 account with a level 3. I have tried everything to get my game back and emailed support Monday evening. Three full days have passed and I haven’t heard a word. I realize this was my mistake and that there are customers before me. I am hoping that going forward things are prioritized better by support.
I have been a leader since the beginning of alliances and also have been VIP since launch. This is super frustrating and I have had support issues in the past, but have never had to wait this long. Just had to vent, sorry!
