Ludia support turnaround times

Hi

I purchased a bundle and the game glitched. Money is out of my account but I never received the items. Sent a ticket to support about 60 hours ago. Anyone know if I should send a new ticket to support? This has messed up the tournament a bit and I’m annoyed.
