Ludia won't reply ?!

Well , I have contacted them via email many times , regarding the bug due to which i cannot play the recently concluded tournament , but they have not even replied yet. Ludia, are you listening ?

Do you mean you could not join the last tournament? And did you pay the 100$ in game currency to join?

Yes , i paid the cash , but the screen would show "matchmaking error " every time i clicked on the battle option for tournament.

Oh that sucks. Sorry I’m not support, but was curious. Hopefully someone from there can help or try to figure out why.

I’m sorry to hear that our team has not responded back to you yet, @Himanshu_Gehlot. Once our team gets a chance to see your ticket, they’ll get back to you ASAP. As our team is receiving a lot more tickets than usual, it could take some time. However, we recommend waiting until our team responds before sending in more tickets because it could reset your position in their queue.
