Lydia support service

The support service hasn’t helped at all in my latest issue and to say that I’m paying a subscription to this app they don’t offer much help. I haven’t heard anything on it they are working to fix it or if they even care. If I don’t hear anything in the next day or two I’m definitely canceling my subscription and deleting the game. You have to care more if a customer is paying to support the game. Ludia support has done nothing to show that
