Mail problems?

Twice I have opened mail, in both cases for fish, each time the app closed and then reopened, but the fish were not added to the store, and they were no longer in the mail.

Has anyone else encountered this?

Yeah just got this bug didn’t notice until I lost 150 million fish, which is a shame as Johann is selling the red fabric for the exiled collection for 50 million

I am unwilling to try it again, but I will certainly film, the whole process, if I do.

I have already filmed the content of my mail.

Hey @Nodrog did you ever get a response from support on this? Same thing happened to me and I haven’t heard back from Ludia in over 2 weeks.

Yes it was corrected on Friday. Fish credited by mail.

Lucky. I’ve been getting ignored since September 28th when I wrote in about the issue.
