[Maintenance Update] Jurassic World: The Game | March 08th, 2022 pt 2

Hey Dinosaur trainers,

This thread is to follow up on the recent scheduled maintenance that went live yesterday at 8:00 AM (ET). When the original maintenance was completed, we had reports of players losing their game progress. To fix the issue, the game was put back into maintenance and everyone’s progress was reverted to where they were prior to the first maintenance. As a result, all progress made between the first and second maintenance was lost. This was a completely unforeseen server issue and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.

Rest assured, we will continue to invest and work towards upgrading our infrastructure to prevent these issues from happening again. While we aim to keep maintenance to a minimum, it is unfortunately a necessary function to optimize and enhance your game experience. As always, we will make sure to share, notify and keep you updated with future planned maintenances. We appreciate and thank you for your patience!
