Meade Hall Upgrade Bug

My newest upgrade for Meade Hall has just recently finished after about 5 days. I went to finish the upgrade and I was met with the following message

I tried restarting the game but was met with the message yet again. As for the storage space, I still have just under 100 GB of storage remaining on my iPad. I can close out of the message without having to force quit the game and I can do everything else around Berk. It’s just Meade Hall that is affected.

Well there’s only one way that could solve that is to transfer some data to the SSD device so it can work perfectly
