i had found an extra mudget egg(total 2) in the last weeks search event but all my hatchery were full( 2* dust brawler and 1 mudget egg) but like 5min ago the egg in toothless’s satchel is misssing :((((( please help me i want my dragon

I got the highlight #1 egg from toothless but I didn’t get the egg even though i had all three bags and I have a witness that I had the egg
if u have an ss (even if u dont try it) just contact ludia they helped me out 
I tried that and nothing happened
they may take upto a week to reply chill
