Hi I just completed the final stage in timberland marshlands I think it was called just prior to entering coldwind wastes and did not receive my premium token for defeating the alpha

hello I had exactly the same problem!
I fought the alpha and then the game began to load unfortunately had to end
when i reopened the game, the alpha was supposedly already defeated and i was in a new level but did not get a premium card …
I am disappointed that the game is so bent I already had several problems as far as that goes … a great pity! 
Known bug, contact the ingame support and you should have your token back within 2 days of their response.
How do I reach the support?
